Once an order is place, it cannot be cancelled/modified. 

As each garment is hand dyed after we receive your order, we cannot exchange it except if there is a product defect for which we are responsible or if we sent you an incorrect sizing, then we can take the item back and provide you with a new one at the earliest.

The product will only be accepted for replacement if we are notified of the problem within 48 hours from the time of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging.

In case of damage, the product must be returned within a week, else SK will not be liable to accept the merchandise.

SK cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. It is advisable that you send any item for return to us by registered and signed-for courier. Please keep all tracking details of the parcel until we confirm receipt of it.


Once your order is placed, you will get an email confirmation from us with your order number and details of your buy. We will send you the tracking details when the product is picked up by our delivery partners, so you are updated on the delivery status. The product will be shipped and delivered between 15-25 days within India.

For international orders, the product will shipped and delivered between 20-30 days. 

Products have different delivery timelines depending on the destination. We process orders as soon as they are received and endeavor to deliver at the earliest. We request you to be patient, it’ll be worth the wait!

If there are any reasons for us not being able to process your order, or any unforeseen delays, we will get in touch and keep you informed.

Refund Processing:

  • We will process any refunds and/or provide credits after the returned goods have been received in new condition and in the original packaging. Your order amount will be credited to you by the original payment method within 15 working days after after we receive & check the returned goods. Please note that the shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
